We pride ourselves in guaranteeing the delivery of modern, highly efficient solutions to the industry and are the exclusive distributors for Autoflame Combustion Management Systems, Limpsfield Burners, Riello Burners, Unical Boilers, I.VAR Industry Boilers and Cannon Bono Energia Industrial Boilers. With these leading brands as our core products, we provide a professional standard of product delivery. From pre-sales Energy Analysis and installations through to after sales service and spare parts support.
We have offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, with an extensive dealer network throughout South Africa. This makes us well-positioned to service our large customer base, with projects running throughout Africa and Indian Ocean Islands.

Manoli Livanos bought the Very first Riello Burner sold into the Bakery Industry in South Africa then his Company was Livanos Brothers and Introduced us to Macadams and a host of other long-standing clients that are still with us today.

Combustion Technology is committed to contributing to the welfare of our community and proudly supports various organisations with this core function:
NSRI (National Sea Rescue Institute)
The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) is run by 980 highly skilled, unpaid volunteers who are on standby day and night throughout the year. Donations and sponsorships cover their annual running cost of R25m, with the volunteers saving them a salary bill in excess of R250m per annum. The NSRI crews put their lives at risk in order to save the life of stranger and will voluntarily go to sea in the worst conditions, to help anyone in need.
St Luke’s Hospice
St Luke’s Hospice care for about 800 patients on any one day, with more than a quarter of our patients aged between the ages of 20 and 35. There are 12 community hospices spread throughout Cape Town, including almost 200 staff members and more than 650 volunteers. Patients are cared for without cost to the patient (unless the patient has a medical aid) and costs can run over R20 million a year.
The South African Red Cross Society
The South African Red Cross Society is part of the world’s largest humanitarian Movement and is neutral and impartial, providing protection and assistance to people affected by disasters and conflicts. The Movement is made up of almost 97 million volunteers, supporters, and staff in 186 countries. They support communities in becoming stronger and safer through a variety of development projects and humanitarian activities. The Movement also works in cooperation with governments, donors and other aid organizations to assist vulnerable people around the world.
Little Optimist Trust
Inspired by Just Do Good! The Little Optimist Trust was started by the original Little Optimist, Greg Bertish, a man inspired to just do good! H uses a Little Optimist children’s sailing dinghy as a metaphor and a vehicle to connect with kids, to promote positive thinking and belief, and to create a passion and purpose to overcome obstacles in life.
In April 2016 Greg Bertish sailed an 8-foot Children’s Optimist dinghy around the Cape of Storms. He crossed False Bay, rounded Cape Point and headed for Langebaan Lagoon on the wild West Coast. His 200-kilometre journey matched the 200 days he had spent in hospital fighting life-threatening heart infections.
