What a winning combination! World class equipment & world class craft beer in the beautiful Western Cape!
Combustion Technology was responsible for the bespoke installation of Boiler equipment at Mountain Brewing Co located on a mountain in the Klipbokkop Mountain Reserve above the Quaggaskloof dam, situated between Villiersdorp and Worcester.
We partnered with Viglietti Industries who are installing a Spadoni Three Tank MBS Brewhouse System at MBCO.

Equipment specs

Boiler: IVAR BHP200 Steam Generator – 12 Bar, 200kg/hr Steam Capacity
Burner: Riello RL34 Light Oil Burner
